Nollywood actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh, has announced that she has reconciled with her former husband, Olakunle “Churchill” Oladunni, bringing an end to nearly a decade of public acrimony, separation and legal battles.

In a deeply personal message shared on her social media platforms, Dikeh described the reconciliation as a “divine restoration,” revealing that peace has replaced years of conflict, emotional pain and strained communication between the former couple.

“After ten long years of public battles, deep wounds and pain, God stepped in. What seemed impossible and beyond repair has been restored by mercy. Peace has replaced chaos, and respect has returned,” she wrote.

The actress attributed the renewed relationship to divine intervention, sustained prayers, humility and obedience to God, stressing that human effort alone could not have healed the rift. She also expressed gratitude to Churchill, the father of their son, for embracing reconciliation and choosing what she described as the path of peace.

According to Dikeh, the restored relationship is founded on humility, genuine forgiveness and a shared commitment to the wellbeing of their son, King Andre Churchill. She noted that the reconciliation was the result of spiritual growth rather than personal strength or wisdom.

Offering encouragement to others facing similar challenges, the actress said no situation is beyond redemption. “To anyone who feels tired, wounded or misunderstood, your story is not over. God has not abandoned you,” she added.

She concluded with a prayer for the renewed bond to remain anchored in grace, mercy and divine protection, describing the reconciliation as a powerful testimony of God’s unfailing love.

Tonto Dikeh and Olakunle Churchill were married in 2015 in a widely publicised ceremony, but the marriage collapsed less than two years later amid intense media scrutiny, mutual allegations and prolonged legal disputes, particularly over the custody and welfare of their only child, King Andre Churchill.
